Invoice Creation Process in Xero

Challenge
Think180 uses the KeyedIn – Project Management Platform, where all the invoices pertaining to their programme work are created and then manually duplicated in their accounting software, Xero.
This process consumes a significant amount of administrative effort as the invoices have to be created in both the systems by the accounting executive.
Solution
Avonet built an interface using web technologies to transfer invoices from Keyedln to Xero in real-time without having to manually create the invoices in the Xero accounting system. Once the invoices are created in KeyedIn, they are then displayed on a custom-built web interface to verify and synchronize to Xero in draft status.
Solution leveraged Keyedln and Xero APls to perform the data transfer with an additional security layer via OAuth2.0.

- 100% reduction of invoicing errors

- Additional revenue channels for Think180 by reselling the interface to Keyedln.
